In great need of help...

I know, there are several questions related to this topic that was already raised up before.... In my case, I'm just confuse upon reading QATAR LABOUR LAW regarding end of contract Regulations..
Actually, this is my case.. I wanted to send a resignation letter 30 days before the end of my contract on March 23 this year ( As per labour code). I'm sure my company will not give me NOC surely.... But my question is this.. ( How true that--that if an employee finishes her/his contract within the given period of time can come back here in Qatar after 6 months even without NOC from the recent company she/he worked with...? ---(I DIDN'T read this regulation on Qatar Labour Law .. I just get this info from the people I have conversed with) That's why I'm quite confuse and curious if this is so true....So I wanted to ask all qlers if you any idea about this? Or still, the law is still 2 years after....?

zhy, u are not alone... in terms of problems with companies here, there are a lot of employees who are suffering... even in our company. i am planning to resign also. :(

I dont know abt ur company but for us its like..
*If you are a local hire u can get a NOC.
*If you completed 2 years in the company you can get a NOC as long as ur not joining a similar company or their competitiors.
I think, Company have its own discretion whether to give an Noc or not... For my case, I dont think they will give.. Never heard they give one to any employee.. sad thing....

Try and get a NOC from them... there is no such thing as 6 months its still 2 years.
