going to shift in qatar soon

You guys are really helping us through this forum. which is always appreciated.:

Have some queries about qatar immigration laws.:

-I heard once you are resident to qatar, whnever u have to go out from qatar to visit back home or to visit some other country u need to have exit permit letter from you employer, is it true.? They dont have multiple exit re-entry option?

- To get the RP and ID card, how many days does it take to process?

- And after RP is granted when can we apply for family visa and how many days does it take.?

- i have my documents ready advised by my PRO to stamp RP, but do they need to be attested from my embassy ? or where else. or does it not required any attestation.
for example.:

1- Educational certificates
2- KID birth certificate
3- Wife marriage certificate
4- MEdical (once reach qatar)
5- finger prints (once reach qatar)

- for finger prints does it required any appointment from certain department, if yes then how much time it will take for example.: is it possible to get this within 1 day.
