Hello,

I will be delivering in late May 2013 and would like to do so in Qatar. However the situation is as follows;

I had been living in Qatar under my fathers sponsorship for the past 12 years. Got married overseas and am now living with my husband overseas. My wish is to deliver in Qatar for my own comfort.
However, I've heard that i cannot deliver a baby while under my fathers sponsorship (still stated as an unmarried daughter) as they will file a legal case under my fathers name.

My question is, will it still be possible to deliver if my husband is present and we have the full marriage certificate with us?
or is there any other way?
