Hi,

can i apply for visit visa for my wife immedtely after i get the work visa/employment visa?
wat is max duration of stay?

Or i should wait for 6 months

any bank a/c required?

1. Visit visa is extendable for a period upto 5+1=6 months..

2. No need to wait for 6 months..Once u will get ur RP, apply for VISIT VISA for ur wife..

3. No bank account required for VISIT VISA..

Yes u can apply immediately, for visit visa there is no need of bank statement, so go ahead and apply visa for your wife and enjoy life.

No need of waiting for 6 months, as soon as ur visa stamped, you can apply for your family visit visa, it is restricted for 6 months only and by the time u can apply for a permanent visa if you meet with the basic requirement of a permanent family visa (for that basic salary should be minimum 7500 Qr. and need bank statement too.
