GCC Resident Visit visa

Can somebody provide me more information regarding GCC Resident Visit Visa?

I am a Filipino Citizen working here in Bahrain as a Supervisor for 6 months and holding a residence permit since February 19, 2011 that is valid until February 18, 2013.

I want to visit a friend in Qatar and when I checked online, I believe I am eligible for this kind of Visa. I have tried applying online through Hukoomi but I think it is not possible cause I can't get through the process.

I tried calling the Embassy of Qatar here in Bahrain but they could not offer any help.

I believe that I meet all the requirements based on the government portal from which I have checked this kind of Visa but I want to double check on it before I purchase my ticket.

Can somebody give more information with regards to this matter?

Thank you for your future help.

You can get Tourist Visa valid for 14days from Qatar Air ways or from Any Hotel In Qatar. YOu have to sow your room booking details as well.

How ever If your GCC ID has designation Listed in On Arrival Visa to Qatar, you can get Visa at Airport for Max of 14 days or depends.

Travel between GCC countries is possible provided you hold a certain title in your ID card.

However, to be certain to enter the country, fill out the visa application at the Qatar Emb in Bahrain before travel.

There is hardly any difference in the charges for the Visa
