finger print
hi all,
a few months back i come here under my wife sponsorship and found a job, this employer transferred my sponsorship to them and given me business visa temporarily under their company name. i gone for finger print 2 times, but my QID and work visa still cannot be issued to which i dont know why. then after 6 months working with them, my company sold the company to another owner due to bankcrupcy but we still work in that company under new owner but our emploment contract was not transferred. i worked to the new company for 1 week and had another finger print for the 3rd time until i refused to work anymore to that new owner due to unbecoming work condition and ask my old employer to give me an NOC and my visa was expired at that time and my old employer had to pay the penalty. my old employer told that they would give me NOC, but after a few days they told me that there is a problem in my passport thats why i cannot be issued a QID and after 1 day they buy for me a ticket to return to my home country. but after 1 month my wife sponsored me again (visit visa). my question is, would i have any problem when i found a new job and would have a difficulty in having a QID and a working visa, because i had a 3 times finger print before, i dont have any criminal records. if yes whom could a appeal to? can a new employer help me?
