Anyone...what are the procedure on converting family visit visa into residence visa? I did the medical, submmitted all the required documents needed, and was given schedule for... i guess for finger printing. But when I went back to immigration I was told that the the approval was postponed due to...I have to stay for a couple of months more on visit visa. Is it really the procedure and what will happen to my medical exam do I have to undergo for another one???

your question is not clear... you need to reply with exact dates. if family is on a visit visa it can be converted to family visa by paying QR 500 per passport... the only thing is that you need to fulfill all the requirements for family visa.... i recently did this so if you would like to talk to me i can help you .. you can reach me on 55125231...
