Family Visit Visa - help please

I got a 6 months family visit visa for my husband & able to extend it for a month more & he'll be leaving by next week. Now, his ban will be finished on September since the employer did not give him NOC.

Can he come under business visa if a company will hire him and/or i can apply again for another visit visa as soon as he leaves the country?

Kindly help please....

yes he can come again on 6month visit visa and even arrange his flight for beharain or dubai in such a way that he leave (get exit) and after one hour you can submit application in immegration office and you will get aproval and again in the evening flight he can come back from bahrain.

i have tried this and it was ok.

Is it sure that he can come back under family visit visa again? I read in some post that i should wait for 3 months before i can apply again.

Please clarify.

Qatarisun are you sure he can't come under Business visa?

I checked with my mandoob time before he was telling me at that time can come on Business Visa.

Can u check and let me knw again.

He cannot come on business visa since he has no NOC letter.

Yes, He can come on a Business Visa if a company provided him.

And also u can again apply for a vist visa.

Only thing is he can't get a work visa till the ban complete.

So, try with business or Visit Visa. All the best
