Family Visit Visa Expired and Lost Passport

Good day to all.
This is the situation of my niece:
>I sponsored her for family visit visa, she got here last july 2013
>september 15 2013, she got a job, company ask for documents for transferring of visa, also asked for the passport
>october 31, 2013, family visit visa expired, company didnt transfer her visa
>we asked for the passport back, he said he lost it
>Now, she wants to surrender for deportation because she has no visa and no passport
I would like to know, if she would surrender for deporation, will it affect my staying here in qatar? Because she was not transferred by the company, I am still her sponsor.
Could you guys give me an advice on this matter? Thank you very much.

the reason why we didn't made an action last october was because her employer was a local and we believed and trusted his promises.

See the captain with someone who speaks Arabic fluently and who knows your problem. Why did you wait so long to take action on this matter? When the company told you the passport had been lost you should have reported the matter immediately to the police.
The company who took her PP must admit their responsibility on moral grounds.
What ever the penalty applicable, they should bear it and you will not be held responsible for this gross negligence. What were you doing from Oct till date, by now you could have applied and got duplicate PP. Better meet the captain and explain to him the ordeal, he may suggest better options for safe & early exit.
would there be any help if she tell the police that the company didnt return the passport and that they didnt process her visa. We already went to our embassy, and they gave her an endorsement of request for issuance of travel documents going back to our country.
