Hi Qlers, I actually have a question which after tedious searching on this site have not actually gotten a clear and exact answer.

My query is regarding applying for a family visit visa for my brother in law (my wife's brother).

Is it allowed?

And perhaps to extend my query, what would be the requirements i need to prepare.

I believe your wife can apply on his behalf, and you will need to provide a no objection - assuming that she is here and under your sponsorship.

You can only apply family visit visa for first degree relatives like (your father, mother, brother, sister, wife, father-in-law & mother-in-law). IMHO
