I am under my husband’s sponsorship and I work. I would like to get a family visit visa for my sister. Is it possible for me to apply for it and present a salary certificate from my employer and other requirements instead of my husband providing all the requirements? Will they require a labor card from me?

As long as you are under husband's sponsorship you cannot sponsor anyone, instead your husband can sponsor your sister. Just fill-up the form attach sister's pp copy, your passport copy + RP and husband's pp copy + RP along with a salary certificate from your husband's company/sponsor.

Though em not quite sure....but probably you cant invite anyone on a visit visa.
