Family Visa Rejected by MOL

Dear QL Members,

Around 45 days back, i had applied for the family RP (wife & 3.5 yrs child) at MOL with 3 months Bank Statement as it was only 4 months for me in Qatar. My Application was rejected.
I took an appointment for the interview with Captain and had my interview after on 5th Oct. The captain asked me about my salary (QR 13,505) if i have accommodation (Yes, contract on my name) and how much i am paying the rent (QR 3,600) and finally since how long i have been in Qatar (5 months). The interview went well and again they rejected my request.

Can someone advice me what should be my way forward for the next interaction with MOL? Should i register myself for another interview with Captain? or Re-submit my revise application. I am worried, if this time they reject my application i have to wait for the next 6 months to re-apply.

I am Pakistani and working in an IT Company as System Analyst designation. Please help me with your experiences. May God bless us all.

Thanks.

So sad, But don't give up. Agree with Farhan bring your family through visit visa which could extend up to six months, So in these six months you can try again.

If they are on visit it would be a Plus-point for you and Insha-Allah their visit visa will be converted to Permanent... Best of Luck...

i just came back from qatar to pakistan after staying there for 7 and half months, and they have not giving RP to me, and when my husband ask for a reason they said no reason apply next time.

i believe they are giving hard time to paksitanis, my daughter is 11 years old and is special( autistic) , and she never went to school in these months,...we all r suffereing just because of this RP, but they never realise :-(

Salam brother. dont worry too much. they hardly ever approve family status of a pakistani national in first go. i came to qatar end of jan and brought my wife immediately on visit visa after geting the ID (in april). i applied in MOL in may because i wanted to make as many bank transactions as possible because i was told to do this by my seniour. initially my application rejected and in the first meeting i got the approval. there's no reason and trick to get it done. it's just they give hard time to pak nationals (sometimes real hard). one thing is sure they really consider it if your family is already here on visit. dont worry much. call ur wife n child on visit visa and wait..it wont take more than 6 months for sure so dont let ur wife n child suffer alone in pakistan. i'm sending you my mob num in private msg. may Allah make the situation easy for u, ameen.
