Family Visa & Profession change

Dear All,

First of all I thank everyone who helps others in this forum for the benefit of nothing. I have got lot of useful info from here to clear my doubts and troubles. Hoping to get correct advice from you all, I put forth my situation,

Basically I am a Mechanical Engineer with 9+ years of experience. Currently I’m working here in an oil & gas construction company for last 3+ years. I am drawing a basic pay of QR10000+40% of basic as OT.I got married 2 months back. I have applied for family resident permit with complete documents couple of weeks back (Sponsor’s NOC &salary certificate, Labor contract copy, Passport copy of my wife & mine (Spouse name included in her passport only),Embassy &MOFA attested marriage and degree certificate, electricity bill copy,6 months bank statement). Her Visa application got rejected and I had an appointment last week with MLSA – Doha authorities. They enquired about my salary, profession, house rent and company name. After my reply, they said to check after a week. Till now the online status shows “request rejected”. Then I applied with second application after reading few articles here, they didn’t accept and replied already one application is in process and can apply second after 6 months only. Now the problem is,

My profession is “Foreman” category which I came to know during my first medical test. When I enquired my HR dept at that time, they replied due to visa limitation I was brought in that category. I kept quiet & stayed back thinking as far as no problem with career and pay, nothing to bother.
During my visa application interview at MLSA, the Qatari officer asked my profession, I replied Engineer, but he said it is written as Foreman in my contract. I showed my degree certificate and nodded after looking it.

Is that profession barring me to get visa for my wife?. If so, what is value of salary certificate and bank statement?

When I approached Admin to change my profession, they replied it is very difficult to change nowadays. What is the current procedure to change profession? How long it takes to change?

How can I bring my wife in resident permit visa? However I am applying for family visit visa (She is traveling in tourist visa meanwhile for a month and I will process for family visa in the meantime). Is it possible to get family visa for her without any trouble?

I thank once again in advance and please tell me guidance to bring my family & profession change formality.
