Gents,

I have applied for family visa and was rejected and have been provided with an appointment for an interview. I have submitted all documents as well. My salary is above 14K and have submitted all the baladiya attested housing contract, salary confirmation from company, bank statments, etc....

Only thing is I dont have a degree. I am a high school grad from Sri Lanka.

Can some one help me to get the RP for my wife (No kids).

At present she is here on a visit visa which is extended for the 7 month. It would expire before the interview date too.

Hi all. Thanks for the valuable inputs. In Sri Lanka GCE A/L's are of high standards (Grade 13) and I have high marks. I have attached the government result sheet of mine attested in SL and by MOFA Qatar which indicates my results. Next I work for one of Qatar's largest companies which have a very good PR with the government. I am also a Sales manager and they cannot have any doubts regarding my salary as the company I work is well known in Qatar which I would not like to disclose. My Qatar ID has my designation as Sales representative. I have all my company business cards and so on and all my documentation is 100% genuine. I have over 8 years experience working with Sri Lankan and British companies in managerial positions and I was head hunted by my present company. I have no loans with any banks and all my assets purchased in Qatar are from my own funds.

Your profession in the ID is important. The second is your bank statement, whicle reflects all your loans (House rent cheques, car loans/personal loans etc).

Wish you all the best anyway.

I heard the pannel will ask you only 2 or 3 questions and they will read your mind in between.

Guys, sorry for bringing in the salary issue. I felt it could be the reason but I might be wrong.

OP is expecting an answer for his issue and we are discussing how a person can earn 15k.

Khanan, You are right. They will be doing business and not working for any Company as an Employee.

I was just feeling that OP might be an Employee of a small Compnay and if that is the case then the Salary seems to be quite unbelievable which could be a reason for rejection.

I think the Immigration Department will be having a doubt about your salary (How come a person who is not even a graduate is getting more than 14k as salary per month?)

must to earn 15k or more,

tahsinmim, I did not mean any offense. I was just pointing out a possibility for rejecting the visa application.

tahsin, I think Guilt has a point.

Which Restaurant is paying 15k to an under Graduate? It is possible to be the owner of a Restaurant but it also Depends on the Restaurant/Company.
