Hi guys

I submitted the application for my wife's family residence visa on 12-December and the checking receipt mentions that I should follow up on www.moi.gov.qa after 3 days. Its almost 8 days now and the status still shows as "under process". Is this normal? If they have accepted the documents, does that mean that I will get the visa for sure? My salary is above 10K so there is no prblem there.

Hi friend, Is ur family visa gets approved. Same thing happens to me and on the 10thday it shows as rejected and I went to immigration office and met captain, they check in computer and asks for my ID and make my receipt's same printout and write something in arabic on it and says to check after 3 days, then after 3 days also it shows as rejected. so again I went to met the captain, and they do the same and says again to check after 3 days, so the third completed today, still its showing as rejected, so tmrw I am planning to go again to the immigration office, why they r holding like this.can anyone help me for this matter.

If your Salary is above 10K and they have accepted your Documents then you relax...it is a matter of a few more days. Keep following up on the Ministry site. All the Best.
