Hello friends,

I am Engineer by profession and have salary about 14K. I want to apply family visa for my wife. I have got documents like, Company NOC letter (indicating salary as 9448 + Accomodation + Transport), Attested marriage certificate, attested degree certificate, attested labour contract copy.

Please note that company has indicated only my basic salary on the letter same as in attested labour contract, but have got 5 months bank statement indicating salary as 14K. Accomodation is provided by the company.

Hope I have got all the documents, and eligible to apply. Please advise or help me out.

For getting Family RP is now seems to be difficult. Your disignation is a valid criteria for the consideration of FRP. Innorder to make the process simple first you have to change the profession in your visa. Mean while you can take the family under Family Visit as one of my friends Mr. Lionel Akbar told in his comments. Dont'worrry, everything will be on the track, but will take time.

Best of luck
