Hi sachin, I am new in Qatar. As , my kid and I now in visit visa and whats to apply for family visa on my husband sponsorship. The problem is that we are living in a partition of villa and the balidiya refuse to stamp the tenancy contract. Is your staying in one villa or partition villa? There anybody can help us?

Yes sachin, as far as i know, it will be not a problem if you have house contract which is stamped buy doha municipality.

Just add your wife's and daughter's passport copies (first page, clear image will be printed) + your ID copy and submit to Gharrafa immigration gate 2.

Make two different file, one for your daughter and one for your wife to make things clear for you and the immigration employee.

Wish you will receive approval within 2-3 working days. Best of luck.

Note: Not sure but they might request photo as well, in any case keep 2 copies with you -passport size-.

1. Six months bank statement (My salary is above 10K)

2. NOC from my company

3.Marriage certificate stamped from embassy.

4. House rent contract with baladiya stamp.

my family (wife & daughter) is already here in Qatar on visit visa. water and electricity is not under my name. can i apply family visa if water and electricity is not under my name...??? please suggest..

You cant apply till you provide additional documents as below;

1) Your salary should above 10K (provide the bank statement letter that showes your salary transferred to your bank account within last 6 months)

2) NOC from your company (that no-objection from your company to residence in Qatar)

3) Marrige certificate (translated to arabic, stamped from your embassy and mofa qatar)

You may apply ......................... but it depends if you qualify or not .............................
