Dear QL Friends,

Because of some medical treatment, my wife cannot fly for the next 9 months. She is in home for 1 year. I already extended the visa validity for another six months and its gonna expire this october 1st. I have the medical certificate from the hospital. What if I cancell the visa and apply for a new one after 9 months, is ther will be any problem? btw, her visa is going to expire by march 2012.

Please advice me.

Thanks @jakula89Under Husband's Sponsorship. She is in india for last one year. I have extended her visa once after she finished 6 months in india. now she need has to stay one more year at home. I can extend the visa for another 6 months. but thats not enough. i need 1 year.hope its clear.

it's kinda confusing... you'll cancel then apply again? which type of visa is she using right now? please ellaborate more...
