Family visa application rejected

Hi..

My application was rejected on 29/3/15.again asked for committee meeting on 5/4/15 .I attended .they asked me the basic questions ( salary,profession,occupation) and advised to check after 3 days .But still in the same condition.when i approached them again they have told us to come after 6month.Please advise

Thanks for your comments .I have got all certificate ( Educational,Marriage ,House agreement with baladiya)attested..Is this a normal procedure of waiting for 6 month or was it happened only for me alone.for indian visa's ,is there any allocation per year like that.advise do we need to cancel and reapply?In addition to that If i go after 6month to immigration ,Do i need to resubmit my application again

I am afraid ............ keep gap from them or they may say come after 1 year ........ who knows .............

You need to just wait patiently for the six month to be over and then try again. In the meantime you may wish to consider bringing them here on a visit visa which can be extended up to six months.

Taminisha,

Sorry to hear that your family visa has been rejected. If they have already asked you to come after 6 months then there is nothing "Legally" you can do about it.

If you are sure that you had all the valid documents (Verified and Stamped) from all authorities in your country and by MOFA in Qatar, then I would suggest you to either wait 6 months or approach a typing center (Visa Agents).

Family visa depends on many criteria:

1- Your salary

2- Your visa category

3- Your certificates

4- Your residence documents

5- And who you are applying for
