Application for family visa status has been changed as "The application is rejected". I went to Garraffa service center they given me an appointment on sunday morning. pls advice

They go strictly by the book . If it does not say Batchelors Degree .. Then it ain't so

Last week they refuse to accept my application. Just because of i dont have degree even though i have advanced diploma in Civil Engineering. It is crazy!
