Today, I visited MOI Office at Garaffa to Submit Visa application for my baby (4 Months) with all the proper documents.

The officer in the reception asked me to come after one month. The said they stopped to issue for baby temporarily due to some problem in the system.

Later, I went to the counter and the officer asked me to come after 2 weeks. I dont whats the exact problem. If anybody know or have the same experience please share with me.
