Hi everyone !
i want to apply for family visa for my wife. She quit her job and once her visa is chancelled she will come back on family visit visa. After some months i will apply for her family visa.will she need NOC from her company?
I share accommodation with my brother in law, his name is on the tenancy contract. If it is stamped by baladiya and states that he agrees i am the sub tenant is it ok ?

1. No need for NOC

2. You must have the tenancy contract in your name otherwise your application will get rejected.
