Dear All,

I got an employemtn offer from a company in Qatar and I am moving to Qatar by 15th July.

I am an Indian currintly living in Oman. I want to bring my family in Qatar immediately. How much time it will take for me to get the PR in Qatar?. After that how much time it will take to get the family visa ?.

My Profession is Managerial and Salary is QR.10,000 + Furnished Accommdation + Car.

I don’t have any relatives to lookafter my wife in India, hence I want my family to be with me in Qatar as early as possible.

Please advise how much time it will take to get the Family Visa. If I need to wait for 3 months for bank statements then can I bring my family on Visit Visa ?

Please advise. Thank you.

Dude, I did the same as abihari99 said. Since you have to submit min 3-4 months bank statement for the approval for Family Visa, it's better you bring your wife with a visit visa first.

Yes, It will take some Time, You come here first and get your RP. After with in couple of days u can apply visit visa for your family which u can get easily. Usually the duration of visit visa is from 3 to 6 months. Once your family came in Qatar on visit visa, apply for RP visa for your family during their stay in Qatar. You will get it in 2 to 3 months. Anyhow, their is no much problems here for family visa specially Indians.

Good luck and you most welcome to Qatar..

Have a Nice Weekend...

It will take minimum 3-4 months to get a family visa in Qatar, after your resident permit stamped in Qatar you can apply for a visit visa and bring your family for 6 months. You can check with your HR department that how fast you can get your RP stamped in your passport.

Good Luck!
