Family Sponsorship & Pregnancy
QL friends please give me an appropriate suggestion:-
My wife will be delivering a baby on January 2012, as her sponsorship is under private company since May 2011 (only 5 months completed). The sponsored company wants to cancel her visa.
Is it possible to transfer her sponsorship under husband (family), if completed only 5 months, working in the private company, we have consult with the concerned doctor and were informed that to travel during this pregnancy period, HIGH RISK and better not to travel.
Please suggest, what is the best solution, as present company is going to cancel her visa at any cost.

if you have the necesary documents to support that she is your wife and the no objection and salary certificates from your company, your 6 month bank statement, and a visa position that allows you to keep family, definitely you can change her to ur sponsorship
If her company will give NOC then you can transfer her to your sponsorship. Wait for other replies for further info.
