My family RP has rejected due to qualification and profession in Visa Gap.

My Designation on Visa is Computer Programmer.my education qualification Master of Commerce.. My family visit visa is going to end with these current month for 6months... So many said that I have to change my profession Visa in RP card.... can any one suggest me apart from changing my Visa profession.. It's going to take much time....Can anyone in help in these...
