no problem at all... because you are just exiting qatar. you will be having problem if you are going to renew your residence permit. because the requirement there would be at least 6 months prior your passport's expiration date..but in this time you have nothing to worry. just make sure after you arrived in philippines, do immediately the renewal of your passport, coz renewals take quiet long time... 15 days or more....
