Good day guys I have a question.

My visit visa will expire tomorrow, but my company is still processing my work visa. Do I have to apply for an extension?

You left it too late my friend, visit visas are extendable to a maximum of 6 months, however, for the first time extension you have to obtain a medical report from Hamad Medical near Abu Hamour which take 3 days for the report delivery after that only you can renew your visit visa.

Extend the visa else you will be fined Qr. 500 per day.
