My visa is expired and I don't have money to pay the penalty. I want to go home instead. I can buy my ticket but what will be the circumstances before I can leave Qatar? My sponsor is my father. He took me here under family visit visa for 6 months. How many days will it take to process my exit papers in th immigration after i report to them? Please help me...Thank You.

I feel really sorry for you brother, why u waited for this long. On expiry of your six monthy VISA, you could have got an extension after getting the approval and paying the necessary fees dear. Now u have put yourself and ur father in great stress. I know u came here looking for job and assist ur family and father. In Qatar rules are very strict there is no way you can go without paying the penality.

Best of luck for all your effort to get the penalty waived.

Regards

Visit the Immigration Head

at Gharafa...

take ur father's ID copy , your passport & his bank statement...

show them the statement proving your father's salary is very low...you cant pay the fine...

they will definately do something..

God bless

Good Luck

but guys, i dont have money, how can i pay? its already 20,000 riyals penalty...and we already reffered this to the immigration twice, they dont want to give any discount now unlike before...i am jobless and my father's salary is very small...somebody told me that i just need to buy my ticket and report to deportation, then they will put me on blacklist, i dont need to pay the penalty.
