Exit permit processing with expired computer card and commercial registration?

I am supposed to travel to my country soon and we just found out that my exit permit cannot be processed as our computer card and commercial registration are expired. The sponsor is out of the country and it will take time to renew the documents. Is there a way to process my exit permit given this situation even if we have to pay special fees or penalties?

Please let me know if there is a solution to my problem as I have already purchased my air ticket and have some emergency matters to attend to.

go to labor department and they will refer you to court.. if you have no criminal records or financial loans they will give you an exit permit.
