exit permit for my baby

Dear All,

I need help. i have 3 months old baby she was born here in qatar. the problem is my husband is not here and i'm planning to send my baby in my country, supposedly last Saturday is her flight with my mother, but the immigration officer offload her asking for some document. kindly help me how can i get a exit permit for her. we came to immigration i spend 2 days going and going without any good result. please help me what can i do. please help me.. do i need to go CID office again and show the ticket or what. because i get the birth certificate of my baby in CID Office.

I dont think you can send tiny babies like that with your mom/relative on flights. Unless there is some proper justification. I dont think airlines allow that unless the kids are of certain age. Even then you might need some documentation, otherwise this channel will be used by child traffickers

the best option is that you travel with the baby.

or contact your embassy and try to get an NOC specifying the reason.

Your problem is not exactly clear but you need to speak to both your embassy and to immigration. Does your baby have a passport? Does it have an RP or visa? Do you need a letter stating your mother has your permission to take the baby out of the country, of if the father is the sponsor, does he give permission for the baby to leave with your mother? You first need to find out what you need and then work toward getting your paperwork in order. good luck
