Exit Permit for Labour Card Holder
Hi folks !
I have a situation and request your comments on this.
My wife is under Family Visa and now she has a job offer which she wants to join.
So if she applies for a Labour Card under my (husband) sponsorship, would she require an Exit Permit from her employer while leaving Qatar

Labour Card is only required by private companies hiring women under husband sponsorship, and is only to fulfill the requirement set by the Ministry of Labour. Your wife is free to leave anytime, and is not bound by the company's sponsorship. She can get labour cards for every company she'd work to, except QP and other goverment agencies where it is not a requirement.

Husband Sponsored women doesn't require exit permits.
No, she will still be under ur sponsorship and hence will not require an exit permit.
