Hello QatarLiving,

My 3 months work Visa (work yearly resident visa) expired.... I already done my MEDICAL but no RP yet... and when I looked up to my company their CR is already expired... Can I go out of the country.. without any problems? then go back again to find new employer? please help me with this problem....

Yes Possible...provided you have NOC.

I have a friend who did this. He came by Labour visa and same in your position changed to Driver.

You can't get out of the country without exit permits from your company. Follow up with your HR for the fingerprinting unless you are declared "unfit" by medical commission.

It will appear "expired" in the system. It will be a red flag. Your sponsor has to apply for your QID.
