End of Contract Services
After finishing our contract or working for how many years.
1.Why is it that we still need NOC to our sponsor just to work to other company.
OR
2.We need to wait two years to comeback here to Qatar?
Can I ask the good office of Qatar Labor Department to review this matter!!!

lol... go to labour dept.
1. NOC-No Objection Certificate is needed by the other company for them to be sure that you are free from any liabilities and obligations.
2. Any laws being passed was well reviewed by the committee formed by the Qatar Government before being approved by H.E The Emir.
you can bring your good opinion or suggestion by writing to the press or to the Human Rights Department.
