I would like to ask if I can Stay in qatar after finished my contract. And my company will give my NOC. Is it possible i will not take my flight and rather stay first in qatar to find another job in the company?

In our company, my contract will end soon in march, and i would like to apply here in qatar, also the company will cancel my RP and visa because of finish contract here in qatar. and now the company will give me free 1 way ticket going home to philippines. Is it possible i will not take the flight and stay here in qatar to find another job for me.
