I have 2 passports because I have dual citizenship.I was working for 1 sponsor on 1 passport and had this residence permit cancelled. Would it be possible to have a residence permit with a new sponsor with another passport without requiring the NOC from my first sponsor? thanks for any reply that might help.

And if you get the job they will take you to all the tests again and to the CID for figerprinting and then they'll realize you are already in the system. Thus this will be a hassle for you.
