If both parents arrive in doha with the baby before 90 days from date of birth...then no need for visa for baby...however baby must come with the passport made from wherever you are coming from.

Hi, if a person and his spouse having valid resident visa of Qatar, they can bring their new born child into Qatar directly within 90 days from date of birth. They need to produce all related documents, viz. birth certificates, passport having their names clearly mentioned. Airline will board them onto the flight. After their arrival into Qatar, they will get few days to complete RP formalities of the child.
