I do not understand the benefit of trying to fax/e-mail and so on. Whatever you do you are going there to pick up your new card and to buy alcohol. It doesn't take more than a minute to fill the form and apply for a new card; and you take it after printing in less than 30 seconds.

Just fill the renewal form then scan to PDF file and attached it together with your RP. They might need also company letter.

and send to QDC Permit [[email protected]]

You can't do it by email. You still have to go there to collect the card and buy the booze anyway so do it all together.

When you go there for buying alcohol you can renew it in 5 mins as mentioned above. If you are not planning to go for buying alcohol than there is no need to renew it I think :). Good luck.

My suggestion just go down there and get it immediately

Regards!!

PS: I tried to reach them on the email and wasn't sucesffull at all, when I went to their venues it was a 5 mins process.
