Documents needed at NAIA Immigration

Hi,

My husband sponsored me and I have a family visit visa issued and my flight would be tomorrow. I have all the following documents:
1. Stamped visa in my passport through Qatar Embassy here in the Philippines
2. Affidavit of Support from my husband with stamped by Philippine embassy in Qatar
3. Marriage certificate
4. Round trip ticket manila-doha-manila

I have read in some old forums (2007) that there's a need for Certification from Qatar Embassy. Is this still needed?

This is my first time travelling abroad and I am a bit nervous with Immigration here at NAIA airport.
Hope you can help me as I will going tomorrow.

Thank you so much in advance.

The affidavit of support issued to my husband does not include the place where I will be staying but I am positive that it will be near his office. Just wondering if I need to worry about this. Please help! Thank you!

mentioned in the affidavit of support where you will be staying.

yes ID card of your husband and make sure you know your husband work details.

for the reduced travel tax, you have to inform the person at the counter that you are a legitimate spouse, they will provide you with a voucher and you can claim that when you are back in the PI at Department of Tourism, Intramuros.

You are completely ready for your flight.

sometimes they will ask some tricky question just to hold your flight like "1. what are your going to do in Qatar - you have to be straight and confident with your answer.

On your next flight, you may want to consider availing the reduced travel tax by submitting a copy of your husband's OEC and marriage certificate at POEA. As time is a bit tight for now, you may still try this on the airport. But if you are just near POEA Ortigas, you may still request for today at the 5th floor, it will not take an hour to process. If not, just pay the full travel tax at the airport.

So far with all the documents you have you are good to go. Have a safe trip.

You have everything you need. Certification from Qatar Embassy Manila is the stamp attached to your visa copy. It means your Qatar visa is authentic. So there you go. Welcome to Doha, Qatar.
