hello,
i'm working in a company here for the last 5 months,i found another job with a good offer,so i gave them my resignation,they asked me for a job offer i showed them my new job offer,but they dont want to allow me or give me NOC before they get somebody in my place, even if it will take 3 or 4 months,like this i will lose my new job.
my question is do i need NOC if i didnt complete the probation period??
what can i do to solve this problem?
i have to leave when i finish the one month notice ,otherwise i will loose the 2 jobs!
please advice,
thanks & Best Regards

If you HAVE to leave when you finish your 1 month's notice, then there is nothing you can do.

If your employer won't give you an NOC, then there are no other options for you. You have to leave the country and stay outside for 2 years.

Can you beg to get your old job back, because you have no chance of getting a new one without the NOC.

How long you stayed in the company does not matter. First and foremost in visa transferring here in Qatar is the NOC, if your present employer will not give you NOC then you could not transferred to any company here in Qatar. NOC is always at the discretion of the Employer, if you’re current employer will never give you NOC, then when you resigned and cancelled means you can be able to come back here in Qatar after 2 years of absence. Try to negotiate with your current employer and ask for NOC after your agreed duration of tenure so you can transfer to other company here in Qatar or be contented with what you have now....Good Luck!

Request your present employer for the release NOC if you request and be please they will give. As you said 5 months only pass i think its difficult to get NOC but you can try to get from your employer....

man ! you did a blunder ! anyhow, talk to your current compnay and reqeust them to retain you .... forget bout the new offer.... neither you will get NOC nor new job... try to save your current job rather !

why didn't you ask these before resignation !

You are bound by the time frame in the contract;

They will not issue NOC because you have violated the contract;

You should have researched this issue before resigning
