Do I need NOC to come again to Qatar?

I took vacation from Qatar with valid Visa, but due to critical problem I could not return on time. Now almost 2-yrs elapsed since my coming from Qatar, and I tried with one recruitment company in India to go to Qatar, but they said "you should cancel the Visa by the former company, otherwise you cannot go".

So, anybody pls advise on how can i cancel the visa on my passport? Do I get such service from Qatar Embassy, or to send passport to former company to get visa cancelled?

If you stay outside Qatar for more than 6 months your resident permit visa is automatically cancelled. You've been outside for more than 2 years so your visa is expired. Just change your passport or call your former company and ask them about it.
