Do I need Exit permit to go even to GCC countries

I am in a work Visa in Qatar.
Now I want to go to Behrin to meet one of my relative.
So Do I need Exit permit for this visit ?
If yes ,is this Exit permit is same one which I use to go to India ,or is there any specific Exit permit if I am going to GCC countries?
