No visa called 'free visa' available in Qatar. If somebody selling or offering such visa is illegal.

Freelance visa - You will find yourself behind jail bars.

Work visa - You will find yourself working with proper documents.

A "free visa" is an illegal visa. It is a way to sell yourself into slavery and open yourself to blackmail and extortion. The proper way to obtain a visa in Qatar is to get a job. Then your employer gives (not sells) you a visa.
