Dears,

This is my 3 month in the company and till now they are issuing my Qatar ID, I heard there will be a new formal contract signed for the process of the RP, I was wondering if the start date of this formal contract will be starting the day it will be signed or the starting the date of 3 months ago, I'm pretty concerned about the probation period not to be deducted.

it should be starting from the day i sign it or from the day i was recruited (with is 3 months ago)?

It should be...!!! Read the contract carefully also before you sign... Don't signed even they are forcing you to do so, check all your benefits and entitlement... more your salary...
