I have read this from Gulf-Times kabayan:

As per the current regulations, sponsorship transfer is allowed only on completion of two years with your initial employer. The purpose of NOC is for your reentry to Qatar after visa cancellation and before completion of the two years ban period.

According to Article 4 of the Sponsorship Laws, any expatriate once dismissed from his job or who has quit on his own will not be allowed to re-enter the country before the elapse of two years from the date of his departure. Appropriate authority may waive this stipulation based on a written permission (No Objection Certificate) from the previous sponsor.

Anykind of legal work you like may do. Goodluck and God bless you!
