Concern for a Housemaid who is terminated

A very close person to me(my sister):-( (works a housemaid for a British Family) was asked by her employer to prepare her things for her repatriation after more than a year of service.
I just want to know what are her rights basing from the Qatar Labour Law? gratuity pay? etc...
anyone who could help would be very much appreciated.

in my experienced,i worked in a british family for 3yrs.and 8 months and they told me that there is no such thing as gratuity in the contract eventhough it was written there that upon the completion of 2yrs.we are entitled to received a 2months salary,my sponsor only gave the paid ticket going back to phils.and an NOC letter.Gratuity is upon the desgression of the sponsor.I know that some sponsors are giving this to their maids,u are lucky if u will receive some,hopefully they will be considerate.

no gratuity , only for company sponsor is 21 days gratuity , and no rule for housemaid.
Without any valid reasons she will be terminated.I am feeling so bad about it. We enjoyed our Friday day-off today and unfortunately she called me when she arrived home that she will be leaving soon as she was told by her sponsor. :-(

She is entitled to receive an amount equal to 21 days/year as gratuity. Apart she may be paid for her paid leave (also equal to 21 days/year) alongwith the return ticket.
Check with the Philippino Labour Department, they will tell you exactly what she is entitled to. It is important she gets a NOC from her employers, and as she has been working for them for over a year she can easily transfer to a new employer.
