Hi All,

Do you have any friends / company that specialize helping someone to process their VISA / RP. Honestly with all imigration procedure / policy that always changing depends on officer that on duty at that time; it was very complicated and wasting our time.

It was very frustating when they said : GO TO AL-GRAHAFA, GO TO CAPTAIN, HALASS... IT'S CLOSED.. COMEBACK TOMORROW, YOU HAVE TO GO TO BAHRAIN TO STAMP THIS PASSPORT, GO TO LABOR DEPT, NO CASH,etc

I have immigration section under our HR services, but it available for employee only( not family ).

In my country , there are thousands of company / person that work helping expatriates or anyone for processing VISA / RP.

Maybe anybody knows ? Please let me know. Because when i go to immigration office , i saw a person submit more than around 25 application. but i'm forgot to ask him.

Please .. please.. please

can you tell me what was stated in your NOC, and if it is written in both english and arabic, cuz if they gave you the correct NOC you still need few documents from them like their Kaidah Munsha (specimen signature sheet).

do let me know.

documents you mentioned is needed to have the Malacanang authentication and DFA Red Ribbon, these will be required by your husband cuz he will need this to be stamped by the Philippine Embassy here in Doha.

On his side, company letter he will need to do visa process as well as his labor contract.

Let me know if you require anything else.

When your visa is ready the next step is to go to Qatar Embassy and they will tell you exactly what to do next where to go, don't hesitate to ask them where to go next because they are the one who can help you.

Good luck!

Documents to be authenticated by Malacanang and DFA will be needed by your husband before he can do the next step. he will need it as well to be stamped by the Philippine Embassy in Doha.

Visas issued for family needs to be certified by The Qatar Embassy in Dasma Village in Makati. DHL will do this for you but be sure all docs are completed including the Affidavit of Support from your husband signed and stamped by the Philippine Embassy in Doha. From here, then you can travel.

Hope this helps, let me know of anything.

You have to ask your husband to do the processing here for you and your son first it's easier that way. after he did the visas, the next step is for you to process in your end. which are: you have to get all your requirements (marriage certificate and birth certificate of your son) have it authenticated from our census and Malacanang. Go to Qatar Embassy which is located at Roxas Blvd. You have to show them the copy of your visa from here then they will tell you the next step after that. Which is having a general medical then present all your supporting documents. When all of this are ready then you can start booking for the flights. I'm sorry but you have to make an effort to do all this work so you can come over here.

Wish you all the luck!

If you go to Immigration at Al Gharaffa you will find a cabin on the right hand side. go to table no # 7, he's the only guy who speak English and he knows all the answer to your questions. he will tell you exactly where to go and what to do next. You only need to pay him 5 Q.R. every time he has to do typing for you. no extra charges.

Hi,

It is true that interacting with the Labour/Immigration department is a very discouraging experience, especcially if you have no knowledge of Arabic.

I can get this work done if you can pay for my professional services.

Please let me know your details and your current status.

Regards
