So that is why you are so angry and vitriolic on this forum; because in your real life you are quiet and subdued, and don't speak out.

Thank you for reminding me, that sometimes QL is people acting like the person they wish to be, and escaping from their lives.

Create a thread, and you have power, attention....something some people may not be able to get in real life.

saeedkhan..i agree with you but not everybody thinks in the same way as you think.I believe if you have good qualification and you are showing hardwork with great honesty and still you are not getting enough or what you are looking for then is better to move on to other options or you must try your luck anywhere else, life doesnt teach you to stick on one job because its God gifted, who knows many good oppertunities are waiting for you to avail.

You're a foreigner and working in another country. Before you decide on something that might put you on a situation you don't like, better ask for advice, suggestion and proper information.

1- If you are really qualified and have enogh experience, i suggest you search for another opportunity in another country,

2- If your sallary is enogh for you and you feel it's within the range, i suggest you to continue in the same company

3- if all the above not applicable, then you need to think more in another alternatives

4- if you know any body who can effectively talk with the company owner abot your NOC to convience him , this will be the best solution ( try to find the right person).
