Clarifications required in regards to Work Visa Expiry and cancellation?

Hi Friends,
I was working in Doha for Last 1 year. I came to India on my 2nd Vacation, unfortunately I could not return back to Doha on Time and my Work visa is expired on 20-Nov-12. So I had contacted my company and my company said they are processing a new business visa for my entry. My query is in case I am returning back to Qatar and not willing to continue in the same company for long time, then NOC is required or not to work again in Qatar under new sponsor before 2 years.
Kindly help is there any other way to skip from this NOC issue, since I am not at all interested to return back to Doha. Since my company will not provide NOC.

You have already stated that you are not interested to come back to Qatar and your Company will not give NOC. Forget about coming to Qatar at least for 2 years.
First of all no expat can skip NOC. It's the law. Second does it matter to you? When you clearly stated that you're no longer interested in coming back. Kalas..stay in your home sweet home.
