If the company failed to renew the visa of his employee and just close the company without any notice..do the employee must also pay the penalty imposed by the CID prior to renewal of her visa and how much it will cost?

You cannot renew if you don't have any sponsor, and for you to be transferred needs NOC from your previous sponsor. If you have those, you are given 60 days grace period to transfer/renew your visa without penalty. after that, you will have to pay QR10/day, that is if your visa is not cancelled without your knowledge, otherwise QR200/day.
It's not because things are difficult that we don't dare, it's because we don't dare that makes things difficult!
