Change of name in passport

Dear All,

I need some clarifications on an urgent issue. I have my wife visiting me in Doha on a Visit Visa (valid until April 2010). She travelled on her previous passport name ( before marraige) along with the visa which also bares the previous passport name. Now few days back we went to the Indian Embassy in Qatar to change my wife's name, they suggested to apply for a new passport. Now i have received the new passport with the new name, they have returned the previous passport since it has the valid visa. My question would be whether there will be any problems related to visa since her current visit visa is on the previous name and passport. If anyone has done something similar,please let me know whether there are any issues.

Go to Immigration office & change the name in Visa also.
